Founded in 2017 by Aishwarya Sampath and Arun Krishnamurthy, Olivewing is a Bangalore-based company that specializes in designing and manufacturing premium solid wood furniture and home/office desk setup accessories. Aishwarya and Arun are more than just business partners - they're partners in life as well. They graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering in 2011 and honed their skills as architects for a few years. However, their vision for a product design and manufacturing company that would prioritize quality and craftsmanship led them to pursue further education in Barcelona.

From Architects to Pioneers in Product Design
To pursue their dream of creating a product design and manufacturing company, Arun pursued his Master's in Advanced Digital Design & Architecture from Elisava University School of Design and Engineering, while Aishwarya earned her Master's in Advanced Architecture from the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia (IAAC). With their advanced knowledge and experience, the two went on to work for various architecture firms before finally founding Olivewing.
Their education and experience in the field of architecture gave them a unique perspective on product design and manufacturing, which is evident in the quality of their products.
From Small Operation to a Thriving Company
Over the years, Olivewing has grown from a small operation to a thriving company with a talented team of craftsmen and designers. Designing and manufacturing all our products in-house gives us the advantage to produce higher quality products, and deliver on time, with fewer development hours, less inventory, lead time, space, lower material cost and labour hours. Better design, less process. This ensures that each product is made with the utmost care and attention to detail.

Olivewing takes pride in crafting each product in-house using only the finest materials, such as white oak wood from Europe and 505 grade aluminum. This devotion to craftsmanship is evident in every product we make. Using a blend of established and emerging technologies, our professional in-house team works with passion to deliver quality products worth investing in. The design and construction of each item are a result of our commitment to quality and craftsmanship. We take the greatest care in the manufacture of each item to ensure it lasts a lifetime.
Sustainable Timber
We take great care about the environmental impact of the materials we use to make our products. Only FCS-certified timber that has been harvested responsibly from well-managed forests is used in making our products. This protects our forests from illegal logging and deforestation. By using sustainable materials, Olivewing is able to provide quality products that are both beautiful and eco-friendly.
